Local SEO is more than rankings: build a clear online foundation across Google, Maps and public profiles

Your prospective customers may search by category, location or need before they know your brand. Findability helps structure the public information they use to understand your business and take the next step.

If you are comparing SEO agencies in Hong Kong, Google Business Profile optimization or Google Maps management, first identify whether the main problem sits in website content and search results, Maps and business information, or several public entry points that do not agree with one another. Specialist SEO services often focus on websites and search rankings. Volabella Findability also organises Google Business Profile, Maps, public-profile information, FAQs and enquiry paths. Neither approach guarantees rankings, traffic or enquiries.

Online foundation

Findability Active is not simply Google Business Profile setup or optimisation. It continuously manages the online foundation across Google Search, Google Maps, public-profile information, foundational information content and WhatsApp enquiry paths, so prospective customers can understand the business, verify key details and take the next appropriate step after they find it.

Public entry points

We organise service information and usable assets supplied by the merchant into clear, accurate and verifiable profile descriptions, service information, FAQs, operating details, announcements, Google Business Profile posts and public-profile updates. Brand storytelling, emotional connection, ongoing creative content, KOC/KOL work and video production are scoped separately under Social Content.

Establish a clear WhatsApp enquiry path and basic source labels to help the merchant identify which public entry point an enquiry may have come from. This is not WhatsApp CRM or automation. Volabella does not monitor conversations, claim complete attribution, or guarantee enquiries, footfall, sales or ROI.

Starting without a full website

Restaurants, retailers, pet services, beauty businesses and other local services may not need a full website as the first step, but they still need clear public entry points. The starting point can be Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Meta, OpenRice where relevant to restaurants, and WhatsApp. Add a website, FAQ or one-page service page when the service is more complex, professional trust is important, or search and AI tools need a clearer source to understand it.

If account creation, recovery, permissions restructuring, verification or other foundation setup work is required, any one-off fee will be confirmed after reviewing the current account condition.

Content production: Findability can organise, update and improve existing information and assets supplied by the merchant. Strategy, filming, production or editing created from scratch by Volabella is scoped separately as a social media content service.

Reputation and responses: The standard service reviews agreed official account surfaces on an agreed schedule and can provide response suggestions. It does not provide whole-web, 24/7 or real-time automated monitoring, impersonate the merchant in replies, or guarantee crisis communications or content removal.

Conditional platforms: OpenRice and Dianping are not included in standard scheduled monitoring. A merchant may forward a specific item to Volabella for advice. Amap and Baidu Maps are confirmed individually within a relevant map module and routine information-maintenance scope; this does not create a separate monitoring service.

Platform and third-party costs: Platform certification, subscriptions, advertising spend and third-party tool fees are in principle paid directly by the merchant. Need and amount are confirmed separately.

Formal terms and outcomes: Final service content and terms follow Volabella's formal quotation and service agreement. No ranking, traffic, enquiry, footfall, AI citation or sales result is guaranteed.
