Social Content | Social Content Strategy & Managed Delivery

Social media marketing built around content, creators and managed delivery

Volabella coordinates content strategy, production, KOC collaboration and contracted delivery targets around each business's audience, platform role and commercial objectives. Social Content is not a blanket takeover of every social platform. Direct publishing, comment or direct-message management, and paid advertising are confirmed separately according to platform authorisation and the formal service scope.

Instagram + FacebookInstagram supports visual discovery and younger audiences; Facebook supports local trust, community, events, reviews and audiences aged 35+Within the Meta content combination, Instagram and Facebook play complementary roles. Suitable content can be published to both, while platform-native adaptations follow the formal service scope.
Threads: topic extension and public conversationA public-content and conversation channel within the Meta ecosystem, using text, images and video to extend relevant topicsSelected Instagram topics can be developed into text, image or video content suited to Threads, according to the content purpose.
XiaohongshuUsed by mainland visitors, new Hong Kong residents and some younger local audiences to search, verify, save and compare businessesPlan content and coordinate creators from the merchant's needs. Do not claim official platform-agency status or guaranteed free traffic
DouyinUses short-form video for broad discovery and memory buildingUse views consistently for the public platform metric. Do not guarantee organic views
KOL / smaller creators, sometimes called KOCBuild content credibility through relevant audience, context and authentic experienceKOC generally refers to smaller creators whose content is closer to everyday consumer experience. Volabella selects people according to audience, location, authenticity and business context, not follower count alone, and does not guarantee results

Retail and restaurants do not all need to become viral destinations, but they do need reasons to be remembered, saved and shared

When younger consumers choose restaurants, retailers and local lifestyle services, they often consider the setting, authentic content, whether friends would share it, and whether they have a reason to save and revisit it. Volabella calls this market perspective the Social Retail & Restaurant Model. It is an educational point of view, not a product name and not a promise of virality, views, footfall or revenue.

Content assets before paid amplification

Content is not produced simply to fill a calendar. Real products, service settings, merchant stories, FAQs, visit experiences and questions prospective customers care about can become reusable content assets. Paid boosting, advertising or media can amplify existing content; if the content is unclear or inauthentic, payment only amplifies the same problem.

We manage content delivery, not an undefined takeover of your accounts

Standard scope includes strategy, content planning, asset requirements, production coordination, KOC collaboration, delivery cadence, delivery against agreed read targets and evidence organisation.

Separately agreed scope includes direct publishing, scheduling, account permissions, comments or direct messages, community customer service, paid advertising and crisis handling.

Social Content Entry scope and starting price

From HK$18,000 per three months.

If account creation, recovery, permissions restructuring, verification or other foundation setup work is required, any one-off fee will be confirmed after reviewing the current account condition.

Suitable for Hong Kong businesses that want to focus on one primary platform or platform group and use a three-month cycle to establish a content rhythm and reusable content assets. The Social Content Entry includes 15 content units. The formal quotation and service scope state the platform, content combination, filming, creator collaboration, platform fees, media spend and third-party costs item by item. No reach, reads, views, follower growth, enquiries, footfall or sales result is guaranteed.

What can 15 content units look like? On Xiaohongshu, one common combination can be eight merchant-owned image-and-text posts, one merchant-owned short video at about two units, and one smaller-creator or KOC visit post at about five units, for a total of 15 units. This is an example rather than a fixed delivery list. Final conversion depends on assets, platform, filming, production complexity and creator arrangements. See the FAQ below, What do 15 content units mean?, for the conversion principles.

  • The published entry scope covers one primary platform or platform group; multi-platform work is quoted explicitly rather than presented as an automatic all-platform bundle.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the platform, account type and formal service scope. Where Meta business accounts have suitable permissions, specified publishing or management work may be arranged through official authorisation. For Xiaohongshu and Douyin, the default is for the merchant to publish unless the account has a suitable official authorisation method that has been confirmed. Volabella does not use shared passwords, SMS verification codes or cookies as a standard operating method.

The published entry scope covers one primary platform or platform group. Where multiple platforms are needed, the applicable platform combination, content units and work scope are separately and explicitly stated in the quotation and service documents.

The Meta content combination covers Instagram, Facebook and Threads, with each channel planned around its own role. Suitable content can be published to both Instagram and Facebook, while Threads can extend selected Instagram topics according to the content purpose. When Threads is included in the selected Meta content combination, it does not create a separate platform fee; additional platform-native production follows the formal service scope.

No. We do not guarantee organic reach or public view counts on Instagram, or view results on Douyin. Guaranteed delivery would normally involve paid amplification or advertising and requires a separate strategy, budget and service-fee decision.

High-follower KOLs can be valuable for some campaigns, but Hong Kong SMEs also need to consider audience, location, authenticity and testing cost. Smaller creators are sometimes called KOC. A suitable mix can focus limited budgets on content closer to the real business setting, but still does not guarantee exposure or sales.

No. Xiaohongshu is more relevant to search, guides, verification, saving and comparison. Douyin is more oriented towards broad short-video discovery and memory. The choice depends on mainland visitors, new Hong Kong residents, younger local audiences and the merchant's content capacity.

Content units reflect the planning, asset preparation, filming, production and coordination required by different content formats. They are not cash, a fixed post count or a performance promise. A merchant-owned image-and-text post is normally about one unit, while a merchant-owned short video is normally about two units. Creator work uses more units according to whether it involves a visit, filming and editing requirements, account fit and publishing coordination. A common Xiaohongshu Entry example is eight merchant-owned image-and-text posts, one merchant-owned short video at about two units, and one KOC visit post at about five units, for a total of 15 units. The final combination and conversion for each item are stated in the formal service scope.
